Josue Ramon, originally from Tijuana, Mexico, migrated to the United States at the age of 13. Adjusting to a new language, school, and country presented challenges, but Josue, who had excelled academically in Mexico, worked hard to succeed in his new environment.

His perseverance paid off as he completed high school, where he crossed paths with his now wife, Ana. Despite the language varier, Josue refused to let his immigrant status hinder his aspirations. He aimed for a career where he could wear a suit and tie and live the American dream. After working several years for a company, Josue faced the setback of losing his job due to the company shutting down. Despite this, he attempted the unthinkable by sustaining his family with a minimum wage job, putting his American dream on pause.

In 2009, Josue embarked on his pursuit of the American dream by acquiring his Real Estate license. His determined "sink or swim" mentality allowed him to recognize the abundant opportunities awaiting him. Despite facing uncertainties and lacking connections in the industry, Josue remained determined in his pursuit, oblivious to the impending market crash at that time. Fearlessly and optimistically, he dove into the world of Real Estate with the sole focus of providing for his family. While others were abandoning the industry, Josue fearlessly embraced it. With a positive outlook and a drive to succeed, he joined a Real Estate firm, where he acquired his skills and knowledge. Step by step, his American dream began to materialize into reality.

In 2015, Josue encountered an irresistible opportunity and was presented with the chance to own his real estate office, Josue embraced the challenge, knowing it wouldn't be easy but certainly achievable. Joining forces with his wife, they leveraged their combined expertise to become the proprietors of Excellence Premier Real Estate, and in 2019, Josue and his wife made a significant investment by purchasing a commercial building in South Gate, CA, where they have poured their passion and commitment into its development. Together, they continue to expand and flourish, united in their shared journey of growth.  Their office ethics revolves around fostering happiness and success in others, a mission Josue wholeheartedly embodies. With a genuine passion for helping others and a deep sense of gratitude for his blessings, Josue is committed to sharing his knowledge. Under his guidance and mentorship he has 50 licenses agents, and he remains dedicated to extending his assistance to even more individuals.
